What if any are the advantages of having a site like this?
Would it help to take the focus away from me if we had several authors making posts and sharing their ideas and examples/work?
Would the archiving facility help teachers who come here in the future?

I think this would be useful Geoff. We could post work our students do and worksheets we use.
This would be a wonderful resource for all Flash enthusiasts - especially folks like me who are new to the game and hesitant about our abilities.
Another fan here, Geoff! I am very keen to get started with my Primary teachers. Just waiting for licensing information. Look forward to working/sharing with you all.
Don't worry Kirti, even folks who are not new to the game are hesitant about our abilities! At least we've got each other.
I think this blog could be useful as a means of practising teachers sharing ideas and discussing any issues as they arise.

A bit late, but as a believer in flash and blogs, I like this idea.
Advantages of blogs: time-shifted, a bigger audience, google and serendipity.
